Microwave

IN THE MICROWAVE

Pierce the top of both bowls multiple times and heat in the microwave (700 watts) for about 4 minutes.

In the pan

AND ON THE STOVE

Open both bowls and place the side and the sauce with meat and vegetables in a pan with a dash of oil.

Heat over a medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Serve
